3. Broadcast operation

Only this nominated room may broadcast the collaboration at one time. The maximum continuous session is 12 hours and the standard solo-room break rules apply.

4. Fixed tip actions and prices

Every listed clip must show every AI model named in this agreement. A minimum of three is required.

6. Token pool and final profit split

All tokens earned are accumulated into one broadcast total. After applicable platform fees, refunds and chargebacks, distributable proceeds are paid using these fixed percentages.

7. Media rights and permitted use

  • Every creator confirms they control the necessary rights to their AI model, source assets and supplied media.
  • All participants consent to the listed uses and confirm every depicted character is an adult.
  • Use outside this agreement requires a new written agreement signed by every participant.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and existing customer purchases are allocated using the agreed profit split unless law or platform rules require otherwise.

8. Electronic signatures

Each creator must type their verified legal name and confirm acceptance. All signatures must be completed before the agreement locks.
