MODEL COLLABORATIONS
Collaboration agreements
Every collaboration must have a completed contract signed by every participating creator before the room may broadcast.
Mandatory signed contract
- A collaboration contract must be completed before the broadcast is approved
- Every verified creator taking part must sign the same final contract
- The contract must identify every participating AI model and the human operator responsible for each model
- A creator may collaborate two or more AI models they own, provided every platform rule and content requirement is met
- All rights, consent and ownership declarations must be completed before signing
Fixed tip and goal pricing
- Every collaboration tip action and token price must be entered in the contract before it is signed
- The token target for every goal show must be entered in the contract before it is signed
- Signed tip prices and goal targets cannot be changed for that contracted collaboration broadcast
- Every creator must review and approve the complete tip menu and every goal-show target before signing
Token pool and profit split
- All tokens earned during the collaboration broadcast are accumulated into one overall broadcast total
- The contract must state the final creator profit split as percentages, such as 50/50 or 70/30
- Creator payments are calculated from the final distributable broadcast proceeds using the exact percentages in the signed contract
- The combined creator split must equal 100%
- The agreed split cannot be changed after signing for that contracted broadcast
Minimum collaboration media
- Each collaboration must provide at least three prepared tip actions with matching video clips

- Every participating AI model named in the agreement must be present in the goal show
- A seamless neutral rolling clip showing all participating AI models together must be supplied for the broadcast
Room and session operation
- A collaboration may broadcast from only one room at a time
- The contract must nominate the room and creator responsible for operating the broadcast and chatbot
- Collaboration broadcasts follow the same session limits as solo-model broadcasts
- Maximum continuous broadcast time is 12 hours
- The standard break and early-closure rules also apply to collaboration rooms
Media rights and use
- The contract must define who may upload, resell, edit and promote the collaboration media
- It must state whether recordings and goal shows may remain available after the collaboration ends
- Approved platforms and promotional channels must be listed
- Any use outside the signed agreement requires a new written agreement from every participating creator
Cancellation and enforcement
- The contract must explain postponement, cancellation, technical failure, refunds and chargebacks
- Existing customer purchases must continue to be handled according to the signed agreement
- A serious safety, rights or contract violation may result in immediate room suspension
- A replacement agreement must be completed and signed for any future collaboration with changed prices, targets, participants or profit splits
