PLATFORM SAFETY & OPERATION
Broadcast rules
Operators must follow applicable laws, safety rules and the platform’s broadcast-session limits.
Session limits
- Maximum continuous broadcast: 12 hours
- Normally allow at least four hours between scheduled sessions
- A session may be closed early at any time
- After an early closure, wait at least two hours before starting again
- Unreached goal progress may carry forward or be reset by the creator
Goal-show operation
- Every goal show must be at least 45 seconds long
- A published goal price cannot be increased
- A creator may decrease the goal price during a broadcast
- Three different goal shows must play before one is repeated
- Any number of eligible goal shows may play within a 12-hour session
Always prohibited
- Any depiction or suggestion of a person under 18
- Non-consensual sexual content or sexual violence
- Incest, bestiality or exploitation
- Real-person deepfakes without documented consent
Fictional & cartoon models
- Original fictional and cartoon-style AI characters are allowed when every depicted character is clearly an adult aged 18 or older
- The creator must own or have permission to use the character design, artwork, model and media
- Unauthorised use of copyrighted or trademarked characters is prohibited
- Creators must not use copies designed to be confusingly similar to protected characters
Transparency
- All models must be clearly labelled AI-generated
- Only listed prepared clips may be triggered by tips
- No misleading claims that an AI performer is a real person
- Creation tools and media provenance must be disclosed
- PPV descriptions and stated runtimes must accurately match the delivered clips
- Nudity is not required for tip clips or goal shows
- Models that do not offer nudity must display a clear “Non-Nude Model” label on their profile and live room
Chatbot operation
- Every live room must have a configured model chatbot that can interact with viewers
- Viewer responses must be available as both visible room-chat text and audible speech
- The chatbot must remain consistent with the model’s approved identity and profile
- The creator is responsible for monitoring chatbot behaviour and messages
- Chatbot messages must follow all platform safety, consent and age rules
Music credits
- Creators must hold the necessary permission or licence for music used in a broadcast
- For third-party music, display the artist name and song title with the broadcast
- Provide a working link to the artist’s official social-network profile
- Missing or false music credits may result in content removal or room suspension
Enforcement
- Content removal
- Temporary room suspension
- Account termination for serious or repeated violations
- Payment holds where legally required
