CREATOR PRODUCTION MANUAL

Clip production and tagging sequence

Follow these steps in order so the Room Director can shuffle neutral behaviour, activate typing during chat, insert paid actions once and return the model to a compatible neutral state.

MANDATORY LAUNCH MINIMUM

  • One seamless neutral waiting loop
  • At least three prepared tip actions with matching clips
  • At least one goal show of 45 seconds or longer
  • At least three goal shows available in the subscriber profile
  • Text and audible chatbot configuration
  • Offline image, avatar, cover and published schedule

RECOMMENDED FOR REALISM

  • 6–10 neutral clips in the primary state pool
  • 3–5 typing variations per frequently used state
  • At least two transition options between common positions
  • Separate neutral pools for every clothing and position state
  • A repeat delay preventing obvious clip repetition
01

Lock the model and room design

Finish the model’s face, body, hair, room, camera angle, lighting and aspect ratio before producing the library. Every clip in one pool should use the same framing and environment.

02

Choose the model’s state pools

Create separate pools for combinations such as clothed sitting, clothed lying, nude sitting and nude lying. Never shuffle clips from different clothing or position states without a matching transition.

03

Create closed-loop neutral clips

Each neutral clip should begin and finish in the same pose, position, clothing state and camera framing. Recommended length: 8–15 seconds. Examples include looking around, smiling, bopping the head, adjusting hair or blowing a kiss.

04

Create typing and chat-reaction clips

Make several clips where the model turns to the keyboard, types and returns to the original pose. Produce variants for every position and clothing pool that will support live chat.

05

Create position and clothing transitions

Transitions connect otherwise incompatible pools: sitting to lying, lying to sitting, clothed to nude, and nude to clothed. Clearly record the start and end state of every transition.

06

Create prepared tip variants

Every public tip needs at least one single-play clip. Creators may provide several variants under the same tip name and price for seated, lying or standing states. Tag every variant’s scene pack, start state and end state so the Room Director can select the compatible version when a viewer tips.

07

Create goal shows

Every goal show must be at least 45 seconds. Record its starting state, ending state, target-token value and all participating models. Keep at least three goal shows in the subscriber profile for rotation.

08

Create offline and subscriber material

Supply the offline-room photo, avatar, cover, launch photos, subscriber clips, subscriber goal shows and any PPV content. PPV listings require an accurate description, runtime and price.

09

Name every file consistently

Use the naming system below before uploading. Filenames let the dashboard suggest tags, but creators must inspect and confirm every tag.

10

Upload into the correct vault

Place content into Neutral Actions, Typing, Transitions, Tip List, Goal Shows, Subscriber Profile or PPV. Do not place one file in several categories unless every use is declared.

11

Confirm start and end tags

For every video confirm clothing before/after, position before/after, action, loopable or single-play, runtime, repeat delay and trigger. These saved tags—not the filename—control the Room Director.

12

Run continuity and AI preflight

Preview shuffled neutral sequences, every transition, chat activation, tips and goal return states. AI preflight then checks playback, durations, labels, participants, rights, prohibited content and room readiness before broadcasting unlocks.
